WHAT DOES “BEPPA CREATIONS” MEAN?
It is the story of a grandmother who teaches her granddaughter the love for an art. I have always loved to make things with my hands and the history goes on and on since 1980. I started creating stuff with wool, then textiles and finally integrating the world of knitting and tailoring with furnishing accessories, it just came out naturally from my mind.
About the SHOP...
0. WHAT do you do?
in my laboratory i create clothes, from pullovers to shirts, hats, scarves, accessories like granny bags, little pockets, and paint wood to create local inspired home furnitures.
1. DO YOU SELL YOUR creations?
Yes, I do and I restock my shop every time an idea or request come to my mind!
2. DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?
As a general rule I ship worldwide. If you want to be sure about that though, feel free to contact me through the form here on the website.
3. WHAT SHIPPING METHOD DO YOU USE GENERALLY?
I use REGULAR SHIPPING:
This is the standard and cheapest way to get your purchase.
a. The mail is traceable as long as it is in Italy (and until it leaves Italy);
b. It generally takes more or less 10/14 days to arrive (it may be less, it may be more depending on where you precisely live, the weather conditions and stuff like that);
4. CAN I UPGRADE TO TRACEABLE SHIPPING?
Sure! In facts, if you have a 100+ euro order, I would suggest you to choose this shipping method. You’ll get a code after I ship the mail out. This code can be used on the italian post service website to track the parcel down while it’s in Italy. Then, you can use it on your own post service website: please notice that you won’t be able to use the code on your post service website until the parcel arrives to your country. This can take more time than Regular shipping.
a. (IMPORTANT!!!) Someone has to be at home when it arrives as you need to confirm you have received it by signing the receipt. If nobody is at home when the package arrives, it will be brought back to your local post office and you’ll have to go there to pick it up.
5. I THINK MY ORDER GOT LOST, WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO?
If the parcel gets lost (to say it’s lost you need to wait at least some time, more than a month); PayPal can cover lost shipments through its Purchase Protection program, which offers a refund if an item isn't received or is significantly different from the description. Protection applies if the payment is eligible and the buyer reports the issue through PayPal's Resolution Center within the required timeframe.
I remake the product/s you have purchased. Just for you to know, I have been shipping worldwide since 2010 and until now only 1 parcel got lost.
6. WHAT PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?
I accept Paypal only for the moment.
ABOUT THE PRODUCTS...
1. HOW MUCH ARE YOUR CREATIONS?
It really depends on each design, the details put in each piece.

Indicative prices:
Hats (with or without simple wings): 30-45 EUR
Granny Bags: 90 - 200 EUR
Pullovers in wool : 90-180 EUR
Furnishing accessories: 10-40 EUR
keyolders and small gifts: 5-12 EUR
2. WHAT’S THE SIZE OF YOUR GRANNY BAGS?
The actual size is about 30*40 CM (not inches) sized, which means they are really light (>500 gr.)!
3. WHAT MATERIAL(S) DO YOU USE?
I mainly use wool, cotton, texties, wood, also use acrylics to paint.
4. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR YOU TO MAKE YOUR BAGS?
It depends on each design, but generally my original ones take from 3 up to 5-6-7 days.

5. CAN I REQUEST A CUSTOM ORDER?
YES! since it will be a One of a Kind products it depends how much you can explain to me and how much i can sort it out; usually the job comes good. so stay tuned if you don’t want to miss the chance to have something unique made just for you.
6. HOW DO THEY WORK?
You just have to go to the "contact" section here on the website and send me an email with the info written point 9. If I decide to accept your custom order, I'll let you know how much the price is (shipping costs not included) . We will then open the product on BIGCARTEL., and once the payment is cleared, I'll add you to the waiting list.
7. WHAT CAN I ASK YOU TO MAKE?
Generally there are two custom orders types: brand new OOK, or personalizations according your indications. Please notice that I may refuse to make a product if i see technical issues or that doesn't fit at all to my style.
8. HOW MUCH DOES IT TAKE FOR YOU TO PREPARE MY CUSTOM ORDER?
Generally from 2 up to 4 weeks. Please, consider it may take a little bit longer according with my schedule, but I'll let you know when I am about to start and I'll keep you posted during the whole process.
9. WHAT CAN I CUSTOMISE?
You can customise:
– color scheme
– size
– personalizations like Names, logos..
10. HOW DO I TELL YOU WANT I LIKE?
Please, go to the CONTACT section here on my website and explain your idea than it's better you came to my laboratory or call me.
Remember I cannot be in your mind, so any detail you want me to make must be written in the form or I will just go according to my tastes.
11. CAN I SEE MY PRODUCT BEFORE YOU SHIP IT OUT?
Of course. I’m going to make your product, and show it to you following your instructions. Please notice than every change from the initial info i have had in the email might cost + euros because it may involve radical changes.
12. I DO NOT/CAN’T:
Produce in series what I have already made.
Like I said, anything here at Beppa's is unique, so you can request a specific color I have used, for example, but you can’t request anything like “can you please reproduce in series?
